Do I really need therapy - or is coaching enough?

Whether you call it therapy or coaching is often secondary. The important thing is that you get support that works - and that suits you.
I work in a solution-orientated and cross-method way. We look together at what you need - you decide whether you call it therapy or coaching.

What does a session cost?

A single session (60 minutes) costs 90 euros.
The first anamnesis lasts 90 minutes, but is only charged as a 60-minute session. The first 30 minutes are also used to get to know each other.

What happens at the first appointment?

You tell me what brings you to me - I listen, ask specific questions and together we clarify what you need. At the end, we decide together how to proceed.

Do I have to have a diagnosis to come to you?

No. Many of my clients don't (yet) have a diagnosis - they come with symptoms such as concentration problems, inner restlessness, anxiety or sleep disorders.
The decisive factor is how you are feeling.

How exactly does neurofeedback or hypnosis work?

A comprehensible overview is currently under construction.
You can call me in the meantime - I'll be happy to explain it to you personally.

Can I come to you without ADHD?

Yes, I work with people with a wide variety of issues - e.g. excessive demands, anxiety, sleep problems or emotional instability.

Do you also work with children and young people?

Yes, children with ADHD in particular often benefit greatly from neurofeedback - they often respond more quickly to the training than adults. I work with children from around 6 years of age.

How does the therapy work for children?

As a rule, the first three sessions take place together with a parent. After that, parents are welcome to continue attending - but this is not a must. We organise the process in a way that suits the child and the family best.

What do children need for neurofeedback?

Curiosity, a little patience - and a willingness to practise regularly. The playful approach helps children to engage well with the training. I explain everything in an age-appropriate way and make sure they feel comfortable.
