Reimbursement of costs by insurance companies

Statutory health insurance companies do not cover the services of alternative practitioners for psychotherapy.

However, private health insurers or supplementary insurers may (partially) contribute to the costs.

Please clarify the options directly with your insurance company.

The process -
This is how we start

Initial consultation - your start

I take my time in the first appointment, your request holistically. You will receive a structured questionnaire in advance, which helps us to shed light on your background and goals before the appointment. Completing the questionnaire not only serves as preparation, but is often the first step towards change.

In the conversation itself, we clarify what is currently bothering you, what goals you have and what therapeutic steps could be useful. You will be given space to orientate yourself - and can then decide at your leisure whether and how you would like to continue working with me.

AD(H)S initial counselling

If you suspect that you are affected by AD(H)S (or your child), I offer you a compact orientation session. We will discuss the first signs, your current situation and possible next steps - such as neurofeedback training, everyday aids or further diagnostics.

Follow-up appointments for psychotherapy: individually tailored

The choice of method (conversation, hypnosis, neurofeedback, etc.) is made in close coordination with you - depending on what best suits your needs. I work with an integrative approach and combine therapeutic methods where necessary.

We agree the frequency and duration of our collaboration together. A fortnightly rhythm is often helpful - but shorter or longer intervals are also possible.

For many topics 3-5 sessions to achieve the first noticeable changes. Sometimes it takes more time and depth. We remain flexible.

Neurofeedback - targeted training for your brain

With neurofeedback training, you learn to specifically control your brain activity. regulate. The aim is to establish and stabilise new neuronal connections and make them available in the long term - especially in stressful situations.

How often neurofeedback is useful depends on your concerns. New pathways are laid in the first sessions and consolidated in subsequent sessions - so that your brain can automatically reacts more helpfully.

If you are interested in Neurofeedback we start with an initial recording. We look at how your brain reacts to certain stimuli and whether there is an imbalance between the frequency bands. This is then balanced out through targeted training.

Each subsequent session begins with a short conversation: How are you feeling? What have you noticed? This is followed by around 45 minutes of training. During this, a short film is usually shown - but only if your brain shows the desired activity patterns. If the video stops, this is a signal: your brain is adapting. This is how, without any effort a learning processwhich is deeply anchored.

Hypnotherapy session - targeted & deeply effective

If you specifically request a hypnosis session, we will take time at the beginning to discuss your concerns and your goal for the session. You will then receive a customised for you harmonised hypnosis. At the end, we reflect together on how you feel and what you take away from the experience - in the sense of sustainable integration into your everyday life.

After the appointment you will receive a Audio recording of the session so that you can listen to it again if necessary and deepen the effect.

Important information on fees

  • No value added tax:
    The services are exempt from VAT in accordance with § 4 No. 14a UStG.
  • Extensions:
    If a session lasts longer than 15 minutes for therapeutic reasons, the additional time will be charged pro rata.
  • Appointment cancellations:
    You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours in advance. After that, a cancellation fee of 50 % will be charged.
