Nice to have you here

I am Lyubov Boll
Coach and alternative practitioner for psychotherapy.

Maybe you want to know who I am
and why I do what I do.

People fascinate me more than organisations.

I grew up in Ukraine and have lived in Germany since 2003.
My studies led me into business administration, with a focus on human resources and work psychology.

I thought I would shape change in organisations - but I soon realised:

I'm not attracted by systems, but by people.
Their thoughts, their uncertainties, their possibilities.

And that's where I wanted to go next.

Go deeper - and keep at it.

I wanted to understand what really moves people - and how change happens on the inside.

So I began to delve deeper:
into change psychology, communication, needs orientation.
I learnt how real change becomes possible - when you don't "treat" people, but accompany them.

And I knew: This is my place.

And sometimes the chaos - or even the pain - becomes too much.

I opened my first coaching practice in Bochum in 2013.
I was able to experience how much can change when someone really listens
- and the right questions provides.

But over time I realised:
Many people bring more than just stress or decision-making conflicts.
There are fears, old injuries, inner patterns
- Issues that need support and therapeutic tools.

Therapy needs attitude. And your own style

Support and safety in different situations
- that required methodological flexibilityt.

So I started researching:
I worked intensively with inner-child work, provocative therapy according to Farrelly, emotion-focused approaches and various directions of conversational psychotherapy - from the roots of Socratic dialogue to psychodynamic concepts and the person-centred approach of Carl Rogers through to systemic thinking models.

After intensive dialogue and practical experience, I finally found my therapeutic style - and along the way, I discovered solution-orientated short-term therapy according to Steve de Shazer.

I received my licence as a non-medical practitioner for psychotherapy in 2024 and opened
my own practice in Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg.

The mind wants change. The body makes it possible.

I was specifically looking for methods that go beyond dialogue - Scientifically sound, tangible in the body, effective within.
That's how I came to hypnotherapy and neurofeedback:
Both enable direct access to the own resources, promote self-efficacy and support change at a deeper level.

Because I was convinced by the effect of these two methods, I completed in-depth training in hypnotherapy and neurofeedback - and integrated them into my practice.

I learnt how to not only accompany - but has a therapeutic effect.
How to not only hold - but really strengthen.

My qualifications and experience have enabled me to deepen my therapeutic approach:
towards an approach that Sustainable activation of inner resources takes centre stage.
This not only enables noticeable changes and a better quality of life - it also
but can be a supportive help when people go through life crises.

You can find out more about my training and further education here.

What once began with the Fascination for people and the desire to listen began,
has developed over the years into a well-founded, reliable support organisation - and
holistically, clearly and with genuine dedication.

I am here,
when you are ready

Now you know a lot about me.
Does it feel right for you?
You don't have to go any further alone stay with your problem.

Perhaps now the right time,
you Support for to get.

I am happy to be there for you.
